Anja Chong became a 3 time SEA Games Gold Medalist at her debut performance in the 2017 Kuala Lumpur SEA Games. She clinched 3 golds in all her events - the 500m, 1000m and Ladies 3000m Relay.

Went sandboarding today!

This karaoke singing-cum spin princess 👑 accidentally wandered into a a resistant bike class, and obviously my ego picked the hard level because the lady said that the men would go on 130-150 so I had to pick 160 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️... and let me tell you, keeping up to the colour zones was HARD. And this week was supposed to be an “easy week”. I’m gonna be feeling the lactate tomorrow... Oh well, somebody wise once said what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger 🤷🏻‍♀️#egoistheenemy

I remember the time when I used to have sleepless nights over a guy, or worry if a guy liked me. And then this guy came into my life, and I just knew it was right. I never had to guess how much or if he did like me. We’re a team, through and through. I’m a better person because I have him in my life.

If I’d only known back then, what I know now, I wouldn’t have worried. Because what’s meant to be, comes in your life when you’re ready. And it’s better than you could have ever dreamed of.
